Returns & exchanges

You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is new: unworn, unwashed, with its tags and original packaging.

Anything that has been worn or washed can't be returned or exchanged.

Returns are free. Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number and we'll send a courier to collect it, or bring it to the Port Said store. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds reach you within 7 days of us receiving the item, the way you paid. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded in cash or as store credit, your choice.

Socks and underwear can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
